I don’t want any frosting!

From a young age, I already had a funny idea of what perseverance meant. From putting my foot down about not wanting frosting on my cupcake to now striving to grow my connections and experiences—I’ve always been determined to learn and keep moving forward.

I’ve held several leadership positions in clubs and organizations. One of the positions I currently hold is photographer editor for the student newspaper here at SHSU, The Houstonian.

I’ve been doing photography since the start of my sophomore year of high school, and even now, I still enjoy learning something new—whether it’s discovering new ways to capture moments, experimenting with different angles, or finding more comfortable ways to travel with multiple lenses.
